Larson’s Lunch Box is a local lunch favorite located just outside of downtown Damariscotta. We open mid-Spring thru October and feature a number of menu items whose recipe hasn’t changed in decades! While Lobster and Crab rolls are a seasonal favorite, our char-broiled fresh ground burgers and grilled hot dogs are true hidden gems. It’s simple summer fare, served quickly. We are all out doors with as many guests eating under the umbrellas at the picnic table as there are in their car with the AC on.

Tim and Tamara bought Larson’s after the previous owners (Barb and Billy) decided to retire. Long time fans of Larson’s we couldn’t resist the opportunity to take on another local favorite. 2024 is our 3rd season operating Larson’s. This year we are expanding our menu further, adding Grilled Chicken Sandwiches, Cuban Panini’s, Tuna roll and Melt, plus Fried Clams during the summer months. We also have delicious hard-serve milk shakes made with Boothbay Harbor’s Blanchard’s Vanilla Ice Cream.

LOCATION

430 Main St, Damariscotta, Maine

From downtown Damariscotta, head north on Main st for less than a mile. We are on the left hand side - look for a little shack in the middle of a parking lot with a lobster mural on top. If you get to Hannaford you’ve gone too far.

From parts north, take Business Route 1 when you approach Damariscotta, we will be on your right, a short while after you pass Hannaford.
